Frequently Asked Questions

Is accommodation included in the pass?
Accommodation is not included in the standard pass, but we have partner hotels and hostels offering OYOFE attendees discounted rates. Full list and booking links are sent by email after registration.
What level do I need? Will I keep up?
The Open Level Camp is designed for intermediate to advanced dancers with prior experience in any street dance style. If you're starting out, the Beginner Camp is built specifically for you — same festival, fully adapted classes. No one is left behind.
What's included in my pass?
Open Level Camp includes 24 classes across 7 days, all performances and showcases, lectures, cultural parties, and the Choreo Monsterz competition. Beginner Camp includes 11 beginner-adapted classes, 5 challenge classes, all shows, and parties. Food, drinks, accommodation and travel are not included.
Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?
Yes. Full refund available up to 60 days before the festival start (May 6, 2026). After that date, your ticket is fully transferable — you can give or sell it to another dancer at no charge. Just email us with the new participant's details.
Do I need a visa to come to Barcelona?
Spain is part of the Schengen Area. EU/EEA, UK, US, Canada and many other passports don't need a visa for stays under 90 days. If you do need one, we provide an official invitation letter — request it after booking by emailing contact@oyofe.com with your passport details.
Can I attend just a few days instead of the full week?
Yes! We offer daily packs, weekend packs and single classes alongside the full festival pass. The full week gives you the best value and the complete experience, but if your schedule is tight, you'll find every option on our Luma page. The Livestream pass is also a flexible alternative if you can't make it to Barcelona at all.
Where exactly does the festival take place?
The festival takes place at Big C Barcelona — Carrer de Llull, 121, Sant Martí, 08005 Barcelona, Spain. Open in Google Maps →. Easy access by metro (L4 Llacuna) and bus, in a vibrant neighbourhood close to the beach. We always recommend areas to stay nearby — full venue details and accommodation tips are sent by email after booking.
What's the difference between releases? Will the price go up?
Yes. We sell tickets in tiered releases — the earlier you book, the lower the price. You're currently looking at the Second Release. Once it's sold out, the next tier opens at a higher price. We don't run flash sales or last-minute discounts.
